Comprised of the top 5% of our security officers, TwinRock Pinnacle is an elite team of highly specialized security officers who are trained in both basic and advanced manned guarding techniques, which includes but are not limited to: self-defense; conflict management and de-escalation; emergency and crisis rapid response; as well as concierge services.
In addition, Pinnacle security officers are able to tailor security services to the specific needs of the clients. For instance, they could conduct a routine security risk assessment of the client’s premises and subsequently, provide targeted recommendations that further enhances security.
Ultimately, Pinnacle security officers are well-equipped to reassure clients that their premises are well-guarded by offering superior security services, assume tight control of all security aspects in hig-hrisk premises, as well as being a professional and experienced point-of-contact for clients

To become a Pinnacle security officer, selected candidates are required to undergo a series of extremely stringent process of evaluations based on multiple criteria such as leadership ability, excellence of conduct, teamwork, adaptability, professionalism, situation handling ability, threat management ability, and other performance-based indicators.
All selected Pinnacle security officers are also required to undergo additional comportment training such as deportment, concierge services, relationship management, and customer service. This ensures that they are able to demonstrate professional conduct in any setting and provide efficient manned guarding, thus showcasing their superior security capabilities.
